That Xtendamix has entered into a music supply licensing agreement (the "AVLA Agreement") with AVLA Audio-Video Licensing Agency ("AVLA"). I/We acknowledge that as a commercial subscriber and lessee of Xtendamix, is subject to the terms and conditions of the agreement between AVLA and Xtendamix, including but not limited to the following:

  1. I am a Canadian resident or live in Canada.
  2. I agree that I am professional working DJ.
  3. Music Videos embodied on Digital Tracks leased from Xtendamix are not to be duplicated, sold or otherwise distributed, pledged, mortgaged or in any other way encumbered.
  4. Music Videos embodied on Digital Tracks leased from Xtendamix are not to be modified or edited in any way.
  5. The copyright in the music videos embodied on Digital Tracks leased from Xtendamix is the property of AVLA member record companies.
  6. Licensee must disable and remove all tracks from their collection if they do not access the company’s website for longer than 30 days or upon written termination of the agreement.
  7. All lease agreements for digital tracks with Xtendamix are subject to, and terminate upon the termination of the AVLA/Xtendamix licensing agreement. All Xtendamix Music videos must be deleted upon written notice of termination or cancellation of the agreement.
  8. Users violating these conditions will be denied access to the site permanently and will be reported to the proper authorities.
  9. Xtendamix has a "no refund" policy. Once you have been billed for a particular month, there can be no refund, regardless of reason. You can, however, cancel your subscription and avoid any future charges, at any time.
  10. By entering, you are signing and agreeing to a digital agreement confirming that all the above statements are true.
